I'm gonna say it:
Tina deserves better than Jimmy Jr. Look at the way he's always hot-and-cold with her; toying with her poor heart like it's a mere plaything. He doesn't truly care for Tina. The only times he seems to even like her are when she does something he perceives as "cool", which are more often than not superficial and have little bearing on Tina as a person.
Do any of you remember that episode when Tina helped Tammy get with that one boy from another town by telling her exactly what to say? Those two had CHEMISTRY. Actual, honest-to-gosh chemistry with each other. Similar senses of humor, random thoughts and outlook on life. My happiest moment was when they went to the beach together and shared a moment watching the ocean. "It's waving at you."
My hope is that, later in life, him and Tina will meet up as older teenagers and begin a serious relationship with each other. In my opinion, they belong together. <3
